Impact

Impact lies at at the heart of Archipelago's investment thesis. Each investment we make must be mission aligned and meet our impact criteria in both purpose and approach.

All investments are accessed against Archipelago's Impact Criteria, and all potential investments must pass these screens in order to be brought into the portfolio. The ACE Fund is a UK SDR Sustainable Impact Fund, equal to or exceeding Article 9 of the EU's Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).

Where investments will improve access to jobs and support sustainable growth
Where investments will enable technology innovation and scaling of infrastructure
Where investments will improve waste management and access to infrastructure
Where investments will reduce the amount of virgin plastic being produced and consumed, and bring waste plastic back into the circular economy
